Surgery Day
At 8:00am Grant had his tonsils, adenoids and a tube in his right ear removed. I am happy to report that he is doing well and has already drank a slushy and ate 2 pieces of butter bread. Grant is being a trooper and I am so proud of him. The reason of the surgery was recurrent strep throat, sleep apnea and to help with speech improvement. Hopefully he will have a quick road to full recovery.

Wow! He really IS a trooper! At that age they seem to bounce back so much better than us adults. Hope that he's feeling much better after he's recovered. Of course the Coke slushy did the trick...they're the BEST! BTW...did he let you put those glasses on him before or after the drugs? haha.
I hope he is doing well! Sawyer had his out a few years back. Not fun for them for sure. Though he did enjoy the shakes and slushes! ;0)
